The License offered by Meldom
Energies Cie.
This License is based on two major patents on the anaerobic process and 30 years
of experience
Below are described the different steps, timing and charges that we offer our
prospective clients in order for them to make a decision
1/ Presentation of the technologies plus the visit to a plant in Europe.
2/ Pre-study of a concrete project
3/ Result of the study including a Business plan
4/ Financial agreements
5/ Complete design of the plant and transfer of the technologies to the
customer’s engineering office.
6/ Follow up of the construction of the pilot plant
The License is non-exclusive and grants the customer to build as many plants as
he wants in his country.
Estimated planning and costs of the different steps (with reference to the
above).
1/ and 2/ Two to three months
Depending on client’s availability.
No charge. All travel and accommodations at client’s expense.
3/ Two months
Our charges are 30 000€ at acceptation with a 30 days payment.
4/ Two or three days in France. One week in Europe.
No charge in Europe
Travel and accommodations at client’s expense worldwide
5/ As long as necessary
Charge depends on location and the time required.
License fee depends on the number of probable plants to be built and paid in three instalments
40% upon signature; 50% at end of step 6, 10% after 6 months of the plant
operating
6/ Six to eight months on our part. This does not include all the government or
local authorities’ permissions.
7/ As long as necessary and whenever we make improvements on our present
technologies.
